This moderately difficult e-bike tour starts in La Spezia and leads to Manarola along a 22-km scenic route with an elevation gain of about 750 meters (2,400 feet), perfect for those who want to experience the Cinque Terre from a different, broader, and more spectacular perspective. After leaving the city, the route takes on a fairly challenging climb on a secondary road full of hairpin bends, surrounded by greenery and increasingly open towards the sea, until you reach the area of the Ristorante La Locanda del Gallese, an excellent stopping point in a truly picturesque setting. From here the tour continues on a high-altitude dirt road, one of the most beautiful stretches of the entire itinerary: you ride suspended between the blue of the sea and the terraced hills of Cinque Terre, with extraordinary panoramic views of the coast, vineyards, and hilltop villages. It is a very scenic route, which gives you the feeling of crossing a natural balcony overlooking the sea. The arrival in Manarola is the highlight of the tour. One of the most famous villages in the Cinque Terre, Manarola is striking for its colorful houses, its tiny harbor, its authentic atmosphere, and its vertical landscape that combines rock, vineyards, and the sea. Once you arrive, there is time to visit the village and enjoy the atmosphere before returning by train with the e-bikes to La Spezia.
