During this authentic tasting experience in the heart of La Spezia, you will discover the flavours that best represent Liguria region, combining local wines, extra virgin olive oil and traditional recipes of pesto prepared with fresh and local ingredients. The experience begins with an introduction to Ligurian food and wine traditions, followed by a guided tasting of two wines from a renowned local winery: a crisp Vermentino Bianco and a rare Vermentino Rosso, both expressing the true character of the territory. The wine tasting is paired with a selection of typical Ligurian specialities, including Ligurian focaccia served with three homemade PESTOS (classic Pesto Genovese, zucchini pesto and pistachio pesto), Taggiasca olives in extra virgin olive oil, toasted bread with lemon- and thyme-infused olive oils, and a sweet crostino with local honey to conclude the experience.
