Our adventure kicks off from your choice of La Spezia, charming Lerici, or picturesque Portovenere. From there, prepare to be mesmerized by the Gulf of Poets! Our first stop is the vibrant village of Portovenere, a feast for the eyes with its colorful fishermen's houses, the imposing Doria Castle, and the stunning Church of San Pietro. Behind the church lies the legendary Byron's Grotto, a spot beloved by the famous poet. Get your cameras ready – you'll have the chance to capture its beauty from a unique vantage point out at sea! Next, we'll cruise past the intriguing Red Rocks, a geological wonder turned crimson by ancient bacteria. Then, it's on to the Ferale Rock and the secluded cove of Monesteroli. Around 11:30 am, we'll treat you to a taste of Liguria with delicious focaccia, stuffed with mouthwatering fillings, paired with bubbly prosecco, local wine, or refreshing soft drinks. And of course, we'll stop for a swim in a secluded cove, accessible only by boat. We'll then set sail for the protected marine paradise of the Cinque Terre, where you'll be greeted by the sight of Riomaggiore, followed by the charming villages of Manarola and Corniglia. Around 1:30 pm, we'll arrive in Monterosso al Mare. Here, you have the option to hop off the boat for about an hour and a half to explore the town, grab a quick bite like a sandwich or gelato, or simply relax on board, soak up the sun, and enjoy a refreshing swim. Don't worry, we'll keep your hunger at bay with more delicious Ligurian focaccia and other local treats served on board! Our journey continues to Vernazza, where another refreshing swim awaits. Finally, as we head back towards La Spezia, we'll pause in the heart of the Cinque Terre, out in the vast blue sea.
