Description
This Levanto wine tasting centres on a flight of four from Cantina Terre di Levanto, namely U Brassü, Rosedimare Rosé, Giaè DOC and Oltremare. It happens in the middle of Levanto and shows what the winery makes and how its wines go with the food of the area.
Two formulas are on offer. The first pairs the four glasses with a medium-sized platter of local products. The second goes further: the wines come with a first course, lasagna or trofie al pesto, whichever the kitchen has, and end with the house dessert, again subject to availability.

This is a family production tied to vineyards that have been worked for over 80 years, and its Rosedimare Rosé has won a national award. Drinking the wines close to where they are made gives each glass some context that a bottle from a shop cannot.
