Description
This Cinque Terre boat tour from Manarola sets out in the morning, when the coast is calm and quiet. The route takes you toward Riomaggiore, past the Via dell'Amore seen from the sea, then back to the terraces of Manarola before heading on to Corniglia.
As the boat moves along, the skipper shares background and history of the five villages. At Corniglia, up on its hill, the sedimentary rock of the coast comes into view. Between Corniglia and Vernazza the boat stops at Guvano beach, in a marine protected area, for free time to swim in clear water or snorkel. Further on, between Vernazza and Monterosso, a natural waterfall comes into sight.
